Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, equipped with comfortable beds and nice amenities like a Nespresso coffee machine and a well-stocked minibar. However, our room overlooked a large flat roof with air conditioning units, which caused some cooking smells when we opened the window briefly upon arrival.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and incredibly friendly staff. The location was fantastic for exploring the city, although the dining experience had some room for improvement. Overall, it was a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, close to the city center and main sights, but the room I had was quite small and cramped, making it a bit challenging for a good night's sleep. On the upside, the hotel was very accommodating with providing a cot and a bed for my kids at no extra cost. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always attentive to the guests. The dining experience varied from decent buffet options to some disappointing dishes, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had issues with the heating in the room, making it feel cold all night. There were no mirrors in the main part of the room for makeup, and cleaning was subpar. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Laura. The location was great for a short stay, and the dining options were varied, though not the best.
The hotel was a charming place with exceptionally comfortable beds and beautiful, spacious rooms. While it lacked an elevator and was situated a bit far from the main area, the overall stay was cozy and delightful.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were of a good size and comfortable, but a bit stuffy at night. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the center. However, there were some cleanliness issues like remainings under the beds and the need for a room refresh.
The hotel is in a perfect location, near the central square and within walking distance of all the sights in Bruges. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, with large bathrooms. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay, very friendly and helpful. The dining experience was excellent. Overall, a great value for money with convenient facilities.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with clean and comfortable rooms but in need of some renovation work. The service is eager to help, but the dining options can be improved. Its perfect location is a major highlight, though some areas may need a touch-up.
The hotel's rooms, though clean and pleasant, could use a touch-up with paint. They overlooked a large flat roof with air conditioning units. The dark decor and furniture created a cozy ambiance, but could be brighter. The service was exceptional, with helpful and always-smiling staff. The location is superb, providing easy access to sights and the rail station. The dining options were varied, with delicious and healthy choices. The facilities were well-maintained, offering amenities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and pet amenities.
The hotel had a great big bed and large bathroom, and the nice coffee machine was equally as good as the one on our first visit. However, there were some slight issues with the room, like the bad smell instead of stale recirculated air conditioning air.
The hotel offers a tasty and fresh breakfast with very friendly staff; however, noise from neighboring rooms can be disruptive, and some rooms need maintenance work like peeling carpets. The air conditioning was functional as advertised.
The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms were well-appointed with two kingsize beds; however, they were quite noisy due to a fan or pump, rating the overall room experience at 7/10. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff providing special touches like champagne for a 60th birthday, rating 9/10. The location was perfect, just minutes away from everything, with a 10/10 rating.
